Returns and refunds

 

Within 30 days of receiving your product if you are not completely satisfied you may return it to us for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you were offered free shipping you will be refunded for your order total minus the cost of shipping incurred by Pura Fibra Gear Ltd. on your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and showing no signs of any damage, in other words in the same condition that you received it.

All returns must be approved before sending your product back to us.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refundable. We would like you to be completely satisfied, for this reason, please return your product in a timely manner (within the 30 days after delivery).

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at purafibragear@gmail.com.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at purafibragear@gmail.com and send your item to: 2328 Galt Street- Suite 402, Vancouver BC V5N 2Z9, Canada.

Shipping:

 

*NOTE* we will not accept any packages from carriers other than Canada Post or USPS unless duties and taxes are pre paid by the sender. Please use USPS or Canada Post to send returns or exchanges in order to avoid the package being returned to sender.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2328 Galt Steet - Suite 402, Vancouver BC V5N 2Z9, Canada. Please use Canada Post or USPS (United States Postal Service) ONLY and make sure that you can track your package as we are not responsible for lost items. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
